What is K-Means?
K-Means is an algorithm that aims to partition a set of points into K clusters, where each point belongs to the cluster with the nearest center. The algorithm starts with K initial centers, which could be randomly selected or strategically placed. It then assigns each data point to the nearest center, and recalculates the center as the average of all points in the cluster. This process repeats until the centers no longer change significantly. The result is K clusters of data points that are similar to each other.
